To fill your ice Bath, ensure that it is all correctly set up per the instructional video found here
After your ice bath is set up, it's simply a matter of filling the tub with water.
How to drain your Ice Bath
The best way to drain your ice bath is to unscrew the hose connected to the pump (see photo below)
Otherwise if you are looking to "aim" your water in a certain direction, you can unscrew the outlet hose connected to the chiller and position the water a certain direction. Note that the hose will need to be below the Ice Bath water level
