We ship all orders from our warehouses located in Sydney.

We offer Free Shipping to all Australia and New Zealand orders. We ship using Australia Post (and sometimes a few other partner carriers such as NZ Post for NZ orders).

Tracking & Estimates:

You'll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 1 business day after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order). Shipping times listed are estimates, and can not be guaranteed as delays can happen, although it rarely happens.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you have 30 days to return it for a refund.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and not have signs of use or scratches/dents. You can try it out, but if you have used it and decide to return it,  please clean/wipe it and send it back in it's original packaging with all parts in the box.

After we receive your return back at our warehouse, you'll get a full refund within 5 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and restocking fee.
