- How long does the water stay cold?
The water will remain cold and constant if the chiller remains on. If the chiller is turned off, our insulated Ice Bath Pro tub will continue to keep the water cold for at least 12-24 hours. - Does the chiller always stay on and use electricity?
No - we have designed the chiller to turn off once it has reached the desired temperature. - Can I set it to any temperature?Yes, we recommend starting at a temp around 10-15 degrees Celsius.
- How often do I have to change the water?
For those using the ice bath daily, we suggest changing the water at least once per month - How often do I have to change the filters?
We suggest you replace the large external filter once every 1-2 months. - Does the 5 day delivery time include processing, dispatching and shipping?
Yes, the delivery window covers processing, dispatch and delivery. - Does it require power?
Yes, you will need access to a power point and works with any standard Australian/New Zealand power outlet - Can I turn off the chiller if I am not using it?

Been using both the Sauna and Cold plunge everyday since it has arrived. Such an awesome package which took less than 10 minutes to set both up. The material used does appear to be decent quality and lightweight making them portable. The Sauna gets hot! Also, the cold plunge holds it's temperature nicely with only having to place a few containers filled with frozen water and rotating them out with each use. May look at the water cooler in the near future but happy with how it is for now.

We purchased the Barrel and Ultra X2 chiller.
On the Fraser Coast in Qld, I thought I had a leak, but it was just condensation on the transfer pipes due to condensation.
However, after a few weeks and continually pumping the Barrel up, I identified a tear in the wall. I contacted Vital+ support
, and they couldn't have been more helpful.
As we were going away on holidays, they held back on despatch of warranty replacement Barrel till we arrived home, receiving it 3 days after we got home.
It's all now up and operational.
